    Customer service was the worst i have ever experienced!

    Abusive owner who needs to be taught customer service!

    I rang the owner because the machine would not take the tokens, what a mistake that was..... she went from 0-100 in 3 seconds and started the abuse and swearing.
    I told her its no way to talk to a customer but she went on to swear even more.
    Great to see her try blame me for my bad experience!

    Take responsibility and learn how to speak to customers!!!

    Great location and facilities but my washing came out a little smellier than I put it I think although machines are said to be cleaned daily I dint think they are maybe emptied only, they looked unclean with leftover stuff in them, maybe you need to clean and sanitise all machines.
